Can I swap an empty Calor cylinder for a full Flogas bottle?
Yes. Under Flogas policies, local dealers will generally accept competitor cylinders (including Calor) when you purchase a full Flogas refill. Tell us the empty brand and size when ordering — we deliver the full bottle and collect the empty on exchange delivery across Dublin.
Check your regulator first. Valves are not always the same between brands. Flogas Gaslight uses a 27 mm clip-on connection, while many Calor cylinders use a 21 mm clip-on or screw-in POL fitting. You may need a new regulator or adapter — send photos via gas fittings guide or WhatsApp before ordering.
Bringing an empty Calor bottle when switching to Flogas may mean you avoid a new bottle deposit in many cases. Have the empty ready for collection when we deliver.
